Peel The Airbus A340 is a commercial passenger plane long-range widebody Airbus, the European manufacturing consortium aircraft. It is very similar to the Airbus A330, but has four engines rather than two. The model is the A340-600 commercial aircraft around the world.
In flight The program was launched in 1988 as a complement to long-range short-range A320 and A300 medium-range.
